Start With a Clear Brief
Every great piece begins with a clear idea. Whether your sketch is polished or rough, this is the stage where we learn what you want to create and make sure we’re aligned before moving forward. Our goal is to make the process simple, guided, and efficient from the very first step.

What a “Good” Sketch Includes
Your sketch doesn’t have to be perfect. It just needs enough information for us to translate your idea accurately.
Here’s what helps:
Multiple Views
Top, front, and side angles, even simple outlines make a big difference.
Stone Details
Type, shape, size, and placement. (If you’re unsure, we’ll guide you.)
Preferred Metal
Silver, brass, gold vermeil, solid gold, etc.
Finish
High polish, matte, texture, satin whatever fits your look.
Size & Scale
Ring size, pendant height, stone diameter, etc.
What Happens After You Submit Your Brief
Once we receive your sketch and details, our team reviews everything carefully. Here's what we do next:
Feasibility Check
We confirm the design can be produced reliably.
Material & Capability Match
Stones, metals, settings, structural requirements.
Technical Feedback
If something isn’t feasible, we explain why and offer solutions..
Quotation
Clear pricing before we begin any design work.
Project Kickoff
After payment, we move into the Concepts stage.
